NORTHERN AREA FIELD SALES MANAGER
Location: Northamptonshire, East Midlands

Summary of Role: Reporting to the UK and International Sales Manager, the successful candidate will have at least 3 years of face to face direct selling experience. This need not necessarily be in the music industry, but they must play guitar proficiently and have an understanding of guitar amplification.

Key Tasks :
• Developing and servicing both new and existing Blackstar Approved Dealers.
• Achieving monthly sales targets.
• Producing monthly reports, journey plans and sales reports.
• Maintaining all dealer information and records.
• Help in arranging and supporting Blackstar Dealer roadshows and weekend public shows.

Skills Required:
• At least 3 years business to business selling experience
• Understanding of basic PC skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Car owner with full clean UK driving license
• To be self motivated but able to be a team player
• Guitar player
